Life back that helped me so much was investing in those heavy duty totes you can get at Lowe’s or Home Depot and using those instead of boxes! This way you can repurpose the totes for like decorations or organization, etc!

I do recommend you "downsize" or have a huge yard sale! you have SO much stuff and I noticed you were stressed out putting everything away and I was like that too. I would buy things to buy things and NEVER use them or FORGET I even had those things. That's just my recommendation, I hope you don't take it the wrong way or anyone at that. Once I got rid of so many unnecessary things around my house, it made cleaning easier, I was less stressed and I realized that I didn't need all of those things. I wouldn't say I'm a minimalist but I am working on becoming one. I still like to buy things but now ask myself if I really need it. I love thrifting, it has been so good to me and my home, you'll love it.

Honestly, you can just keep things in drawers and tape the drawers up like desks/dressers and move them with the items still inside. I've done it plenty of times bc I like to do things quickly. Might be a little heavier but less trips, less unpacking LOL

You can also use luggage for packing things like shoes and handbags. Use towels to wrap dishes in instead of paper or bubble wrap.

Why don’t you guys try a peal and stick for the backsplash, it’s a cheaper option to tile, and you can easily remove it when you are ready to do tile.
