If you're an SPM student and your teacher said that SPM not allowed, the reason is that the school will only prepare the black model(old) if your calculator ran out of battery, stolen or just gone. Which is why I recommend to change the battery a week before any math exam and always have backup (if EX, backup should be the ES[white] model).

Went through advance calculus, fluid mechanics and thermodynamics while guessing what number was appearing in the screen lmao. Just got my new fx-570 classwiz cause I lost the es plus. If I haven't loss it, I'll surely be using the semi-broken until the end.
The place i did my add maths 0606 at didn’t let me use my casio fx 570ex claiming it was a graphical calculator. Instead i had to use my fx 570ms which was a pain since i was already used to the fx 570ex

i think for 1 variable calculation of grouped data they calculate the median differently instead of using the median formula in f4 statistics chapter, so may not be suitable for all cases

Our government don’t give us a list of approved calculator. As mentioned before , as long as this calculator is not programmable then is allowed to use in spm . So I think it has no problem , unless MOE suddenly change their rules
@@mathew_pang form6 prefer es plus or ex. Because Casio didn't sell the es plus . But for another brand got the es plus so I'm confused whether want to buy the other brands of es plus or Casio Ex for form6😭

The interesting part of this calculator that it could solve differentiation and integral using SOLVE function rather previous model.

which country are u from? Most of my malaysia students have no problem to bring this calculator to exam.
