Bodø is relatively remote area in Norway so job opportunities are limited there. However, what I have heard is that the job situation is improving these days in Bodø. Regarding cost of living, family immigration there are already some videos in this channel please check them.

If you cannot do IELTS, how can you continue your study? You can apply without IELTS but then you have to do English language course bahira gayera ani tyo bela kaam garna paudaina usually.
