Thank you so much for this video. I have been riding with my bike with the motor making a loud strange noise when i pressed the throttle to much for many months, so i had too pedal like a idiot to increase speed while i pressed the throttle slowly for the motor not too scream. But when i connected the throttle wires with solder plugs, the e 07 whent away and the motor work smooth and dont make these loud noises that scear my fellow bikers on the swedish bike lines.
thanks so much, I was getting all sorts of errors and maybe this will help someone out,,i started getting E10 code, i replaced my s866 screen and no change, I checked all wires and then error went from one error to multiple, E07, E08 and even a E30 so I was thinking the worst, I then came to this video and he said one thing that sparked my attention that I didn't check and that was my break cables and true as bob it solved my problem, I bought a throttle but the minute I plug it in I get a error again so I have a feeling that the wires on the throttle may not be in the same sequence only way to tell is to splice the wires and hope for the best even tough it's really messy, but I will definitely get that glue and maybe some expandable rubber tube to cover neatly, so for people out there who get errors like this just continue to eliminate error upon error and never give up, once again thanks
You are welcome Eric it seems that your throttle wires are definitely different . Green wire is always the signal the rest could be white ,black or yellow some Chinese controllers blue.....I have seen blue black yellow or black white green .....make sure you push all wires in . Last help solder all baby wires and it should work for sure.
I have a KETELES KF10 500w folding e-bike showing an error code E07. I have checked everything I can think of without success. I had this problem once before and it self-corrected and worked fine but is now disabled again ?
You need to unplug all electronics , Screen Throttle Hall sensors Push back in all the pins in a specially in hall sensor and hot glue it , do it in all make sure all wires are all the way in once plugged in , when you insert them in they like to push out the other side wires so make sure they're all in touching. Once you hot glue them wait till hard plug it all in and it will all work . Take your time push and pull on every wire see which one gives and pay special attention to that ...you will have it all work .. make sure that power wires are disconnected from battery and controller ...it will clear the error code too and it will self test. Good luck, let me know how it went . Make sure you do not have any exposed wires that touch other wires or the bike frame. Codes disappear and come back do to loose connection
Mad max can you please guide me into diagnosing my nakto folding ox. I have error code 7. Was making a grinding noise so i assumed it was the gears. I took everything apart and put everything back together and my results stayed the same. I rewired the whole motor it worked for about 4 miles and wouldn't continue running. I looked over everything and i can't seem to find my problem . . .
Can you tell me in more detail what you have done so far. I know the bike these motors are really weak. Did you change battery or controller or Pas system settings? Tell me more about the set up . Sounds like the throttle is sending weak signal might have to solder thei wires
@@TECHSUPPORTEBIKE so far I have took the motor out and completely rewired all leads that come out of sprocket. Which is when I had it working for about 4 miles. I used the shrink sodder combo. Do you think those are cheap? Or not the way I should properly reconnect my wires? I very much appreciate the time you take to respond to me ❤
@@justingoke8445 ok shrink solder is like a chewing gum. I think your wires got hot this time and your phase wires are producing power short. You need to take your time and don't skip steps or try to make them easier ...you can't make weld easier it will bite you in a ass . Now tell me exactly how and why did you rewire the motor?
@@TECHSUPPORTEBIKE well I suppose the original problem that started my catastrophe would be the grinding gear sound whenever I would throttle and immediately after that the bike would either die /turn off. So I seen at the end of the sprocket where the wire comes out, 2 small lines were cut. The only way for me to fix that was to go inside and rewire so I had to cut all of them ☹. I did get the bike working for about 4 miles after my "job". Although the error code was still displaying whenever I "fixed" it.
@@justingoke8445 I think the motor in this. Ike you have nylon gears bit harder then plastic, that might be the grinding you hear . With the wires it is pointing towards your hall sansor skips a spin and now has a electric short. Remember if you touch them together the motor will not run . I thiy you hall sensor wires have electric short

@@mississippisoldier3699 you must be running too many amps , what display are you using and what controller ...and what voltage battery ..2000 watts 48v x40 2000 watts ..it look like your controller is putting out more then 40amps lower it to 35amps it should help if after 10miles she shuts down lower the amps to 30 ypu ne ok all day .....when you're bike shuts down is the motor hot
yo literally the same damn thing happened on my yadea trooper 01 this week any luck with yours? im about ready to take it into shop after hearing it may be a motor issue. i just had to fix a flat and that was 'fun' enough lol
Power wire or hall sensor ....? Either way I guarantee you look on the opposite side of the wire make sure both ends are pushed all the way in. Connect reconnect push together really hard and use hot glue to keep it in place. A lot of times when you click the wires in they will get pushed out of connector and you won't even notice that there is no connection. I hot glue or solder all my wires
I get this error code , I pull throttle the wheel turns for two seconds then shuts off , makes a strange noise when wheel turns , I have 52v battery, 1500w motor ,
Sounds like your hall sensors are not getting the signals , unplug hall sensors inspect them and hot glue all make sure the have a contact. Motor make noise that's not good but that happens when hall sensors are not found by your controller . There is one two piece wire called learning wire plug it in put system on let it spin turn off and unplug ...tell me if all these steps helped .

Hello how about b007 what is it mean its only it shows on my display (b007) and it go off after few second.....What can i do please.
It seems that your battery cells are giving too high of a discharge, you need to carefully balance all cells individually to 4.2v not higher or lower
