I loved that! I need to go rewatch that movie. I love your reaction. I loved the trumpeter also. I played it in middle school. I wish I had kept it up. High school was choir for me. I don't know if I could've managed both. But I wish...💚
Sobbing through this and the air felt thick and like a white haze briefly and i could like barely breathe i was filled with like a swell of emotion for like 10 whole seconds and could hardly breathe idk weird amazing music i can feel so deeply
Their attention to the nuances and details of English are impeccable. the words the vowels, the dipthongs, everything that makes English SO very difficult are on point! Such a joyous arrangement of an emotionally poignant song. Thank you!
Shocking enough even though Taiwan was never a European colony their level of English is impressive around 28.5% speaks English and the % is only increasing
So I checked something this is what I found out very interesting. English is a compulsory subject within the mainstream school system from Grade 3 Elementary School and up
Wow.Just Wow. and let me add Goosebumps and awe. Hello Jerod --I hope this finds you well. I am learning so much about music from you. It's a joy to watch your face as you watch/listen with us. The choreography was done with such grace. I would have lost my place in the first move :*) I have never seen this movie, but will go find it now. Thanks!
@@JerodM As I don't have children, this type of movie never made it to my radar screen---**until** my sister who taught first grade. She hijacked me many a time and made me watch *KIDS* movies! You remind me of her...haha! So I left your office and purchased the film and watched it immediately -- and again :*) It is marvelous and nerve-wracking, and tear inducing at times. It is indeed a great film -- brilliant really. Thanks for the introduction
Let’s just appreciate that aside from EVERYTHING ELSE that was amazing about this performance, their English pronunciation was INCREDIBLE. I could understand every last word. And English is likely not even a second language for some of them, I’m sure. I know English is spoken pretty commonly in Taiwan, but still….NATIVE ENGLISH choirs struggle to have such good diction.
I have one nitpick and its something they couldn't really help because they're taiwanese. They didn't get the hebrew part down probably because its a completely different language to what they'e used to and it can be hard to pronounce.
Hahaha I’m from Egypt 🇪🇬❤️, nice video any ways , Moses peace be upon him is one of the mightiest messengers, although I see the video is very disrespectful putting words on Moses’s mother , she never said that , what she did was inspired from God “Allah” =( elohim)
Thank you so much for your appreciation!
We'd also like to express our gratitude on behalf of our conductor. Thank you!
I'm just sitting here sobbing through this whole performance lol

They killed it👌

Taiwan's people can almost sing this song now as an actual prayer.
No soy religiosa pero amo esta canción
I do not want to be political. But because this is performed by Taiwan people, It is like the other Exodus.
