Hey everyone! Welcome back to our channel! If you think your mornings are hectic, wait till you see ours. With 10 kids, a macaw who's a master of escape, and a trip to Bunnings that turns into an impromptu art session, you're in for a treat. Buckle up, and let's dive into the chaos!
Our morning starts at the crack of dawn, and with a macaw like Maverick, who needs an alarm clock? Today, Maverick decided the cage was just not the place to be. So, while I'm chasing a bird around the house, the kids are grabbing whatever breakfast they can on the run. Spoiler alert: It's not your picture-perfect meal!
With everyone finally in the car, we head to Bunnings. Officially, we're here for pool salt, but let's be real, it's never just pool salt with us. The kids find the paint section and decide it's the perfect day to become artists. Who am I to say no? It's not like we're not already standing out!
Next stop, the spice shop! Imagine walking into a room where the air is so spicy, you start sneezing out last week's dinner. We explored aisles packed with every spice you can think of - and probably some you can't. I even tried to pronounce half of them and failed miserably. Let's just say, it was more of a tongue twister session than shopping!
Back home, Mom decided to whip up some spring rolls, because why not?
With our bellies full, it was time to burn some calories at lawn bowl practice. Ever seen a newbie try to play lawn bowls? It's like watching a penguin try to fly. There were more bowls in the ditch than on the green, and yes, most of them were mine!
No trip with kids is complete without a detour for ice cream, right? Just when we thought we were heading for the fish aisle, a chorus of 'ICE CREAM!' redirects us to the frozen treats section. But wait-there's a twist! The kids come back not just with ice cream but with jello. Because why not?
Next mission? To add some pool salt. But with 10 kids, you know it's never just 'adding salt'. The boys, armed with a pool salt bag, were ready for a peaceful day of pool maintenance. Or so they thought...
Just as the boys were about to start, Dad, with a mischievous glint in his eye, decided to stir things up. He sneaks up behind Orisen and-splash! Into the pool he goes! The battle lines were drawn, and there was no turning back now.
Not one to let the kids have all the fun, Mom was quick on the draw. She leaped over the fence like a superhero and launched a full-scale assault, pushing the rest of the kids into the pool. Everyone but Dad, who managed a narrow escape, laughing all the way.
So, Mom decided to whip up some prawn crackers for a quick snack. Little did she know, she was about to create Maverick's new favorite treat. Let's just say, things got pretty hilarious!
