So sad this is the last on the list. I guess it's back to the top and go through them again (for the 3rd time =) ). I do hope more are coming soon! Great big thank you to whomever put these on TH-cam! Love the B&W, too!
Please, oh, please, I hope more are coming! I've watched all the colored episodes 2 times through (I've watched all the B&W's episodes at least 4 times through). I love this program!!! I have a big crush on Allen Ludden.
I hate these ads for Deal or No Deal; and I wish they weren't here, ruining the moment after a fine game of Password. But, so placed, they make an excellent contrast to illustrate the obnoxiousness of the 21st century compared to the 20th.
I can't stand the distracting swinging monkey in the upper right corner that keeps putting the GSN emblem up or the stupid banners they keep placing along the front of the screen during the game.
At the beginning, Allen says that it is the 1500th daytime "Password" show. He also says that it is the 1500th time that he has stopped out on stage to host "Password". I know that I've seen Jack Clark substitute for Allen when Allen was on vacation or doing summer stock. Were those only nighttime versions of "Password" when Jack Clark substituted?
M. M. Yes, only 55 more episodes were made. Fred Silverman canceled the show when they refused to relocate to Los Angeles. The ratings had gone from a 50 share to about a 38 share. Still strong enough to merit continuation.
Wish I had known how women made their perfect flip hairdos when I was a teenager! Either the curl was too loose and drooped or too much curl and made a roll.🤷♀️
Don’t let the snowflakes watch this and hear Allan’s closing statement about worshipping with your family. I miss society back then. Now there’s no stability.
Yeah, let's all go to church with our alcoholic mothers and physically abusive dads. Get real, things were rotten then too, people just didn't admit it.

Is it classy, gracious, and Christian to take a cheap swipe at people you have a trait that you dislike? Could you simply have praised his nice closing message about thanks and worship, and left it at that? Would that have made your sentiment sound more loving, forgiving, charitable, polite, and tolerant, and less mean, whiny, and grumpy? What example shall we set for others?
Joan Fontaine is so pretty and effervescent and Jack Jones is so suave and debonair. People back then had such class. I miss those times.

Mr. Luden deserved an award he was very gracious.
@lightfollower5717 Haven't seen but a few men with his gracious manners in decades. I cherish those few encounters. 🙏👏☺️ (*Ludden)

*Alan *Ludden 🙂
@@nancyhowell4505 Nope, it's Allen: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allen_Ludden
Love these 60’s hair dues.
Me too, but it is hairdos not dues.
So honest those times
I didn't know Jack Jones was on Password!! He is so professional and a good player!! WOW!!!!👍💋
They are airing this episode 12/26/2021. Hello to all who are searching for this tonight or in the future. 💕
One thing I really like about Joan is that she appreciates good game-playing even when it's by an opponent.
Sure didn appreciate competition from her sister!
It's kinda sad that this was the last one with Joan and Jack together in password. They were fun password players.
That woman in orange with the striped scarf dresses really nice. The combo is an A+ and a winner, she looks like a model. Great styles in the 60's
info: Jack jones is still alive 83 yrs old
"Lesson" is often a tough word on here.
As a teacher myself, the only words I can come up with are "prepare" or "plan". Terrible word
Piano/instruction. Or: Thus/endeth/the...
Pure entertainmen
Somebody said "Patella Clark"! 😄
As a life long Massachusetts native I've noticed there have been about 25% of contestants are from here.
Are there anymore episodes?

One of the greatest accomplishments of my life is being able to pause the video at the end before being subjected to such atrocities.

Jack Jones is very good looking😊👍🏻

Just eleven weeks after this episode the show was taken off the air.
You're kidding! I thought the show was rockin' and rollin' about this time.

All nighttime game shows in prime time were axed. I think this was still on at night or was it moved to the day?
@@fkd1963 The last prime time Password was May of 1967 with the last daytime episode being September 15 of the same year. This was the CBS version.
Joan Fontaine looks and sounds like her sister Olivia de Havilland.
Ben Affleck looks like Jack Jones!
There is no i after the v in mischievous. MISS-chiv-us, not miss-CHEEV-ee-us.
I think certainly is a second clue, for "Raft" stretching out the word "Liiiife" ...

Cyndi Foore The best bookends for a Friday game show ever. So classy and humble. And they sound all Allen.

Amen to that. He'd be fired today and doxed by antifa for that, followed by being deplatformed by this place here.
