モモタロウ
出生日：2000年7月3日 若くて美しいシルバーバック。大きくて強そうな見た目と、怖がりで寂しがり屋な可愛らしい内面とのギャップが魅力です。ゲンタロウの遊び相手をしたり、２児の父として奮闘中です。
ゲンキ
出生日：1986年6月24日 キラキラの瞳がチャームポイント。大胆な行動が目立ちますが、実は繊細な一面もあります。これまで様々な経験を経て、ようやくモモタロウという最高のパートナーに出会い、モモタロウとの間の２頭の息子をとても愛情深く、大事に育てています。
ゲンタロウ
出生日：2011年12月21日 モモタロウとゲンキの間の第一子。やんちゃ盛りで遊ぶことが大好きです。可愛らしい顔立ちは母親のゲンキ譲り。愛嬌たっぷりで、ころころ変わる表情が問っても魅力的です。ゲンキが大好きで、弟が生まれてもまだ甘えています。
キンタロウ
出生日：2018年12月19日 モモタロウとゲンキとの間の第二子。兄が猛烈に焼きもちを焼くほゲンキに大切に育てられています。小さいながらも、お腹が空いた時や不満がある時はきちんと声をあげて主張します。これからの成長が楽しみなモモタロウ一家のニューフェイスです。
Momotaro
Momotaro was born at Ueno zoo in Tokyo on Jul. 3,2000 and came to our zoo on Oct,18,2010. He is beautiful and handsome, the silver-back our troop. He some-times shows lovely behaviors that melt our hearts. He is making efforts to be a good dad for his two sons.
Genki
Genki was born at our on jun,24,1986. After mating with several males without a pregnancy she found her perfect partner,Momotaro. Now she is a loving and caring mom for her two sons. She sometimes behaves boldly,yet she can also be sensitive. Gemki has a cute face with shining eyes.
Gentaro
Gentaro was born at our zoo on Dec,21,2011,as Momotaro and Genki's first son. Unfortunately Genki didn't have wnough milk,so he was nursed by keepers for his first 10.5 momths. Now he loves his mom, and his face really looks like her. He also loves people. Everyone mmediately agrees that he is a very adorable boy!!
Kintaro
Kintaro was born at our zoo on Dec,19,2018. Genki has enough milk this tiome and is rasing him by herself. His big brother sometimes touches him a bit too roughly, but he is well-protedted by Genki. the fateer,Momotaro, is also interested in him, but Genki Hasn't let Momotaro to touch him yet.

I agree that Shabani is more interactive and affectionate with his family, especially his offspring. I think that the big difference here is that Momotaro grew up without his father, who died before his birth. He did not have that example in his life or anyone to model himself after. He has grown as a Papa, and definitely loves his 2 boys, but he has a more serious and shy personality. Shabani is quite confident, and all personality. You really can't compare them, just love them both. ❤️❤️🇨🇦
Shabani plays with his kids and family more then any silverback in any zoo. He would never make it in the wild he is to nice of a guy.

Love both families. But baby Kintaro is of course my favorite! His determinationis infectious! And his sweet side is so enduring! Hopefully becomes a great silverback.

Hard to compare families. They are so different in numbers, temperaments, and enclosures. As well as ages I guess. I love how Shabini interacts with his family compared to Big Mo being cold and distant. But I feel closer to the Momotaro family because there are only four very distinct individuals you get to love. Kintaro and Gentaro have stolen my ❤️

I think Shabani has the best personality, but, Momotaro is the most handsome and regal. He is just an example of strength and power. That earthquake video just did it for me. Shabani warms my heart with his interactions with his troop, especially his kids, and more so, Annie. Kintaro just makes my day. I actually start my day with this lil dude. I love when he is still trying to figure out what he is going to do next. That sideways run is just adorable. So, I guess it’s six in one hand and half a dozen in the other, with a strong lean towards the Momotaros.
I feel exactly the same about Shabani and Momotaro.
Shabani is considered the most handsome gorilla in the world with perfect gorilla features!

Momotaro and his family are my favorites, and of course I think Kintaro is adorable 💕 He is the most fascinating baby gorilla . I guess Momotaro and Shabani are brothers? I wasn't sure. I think Kintaro looks more like his Dad and Uncle, then Momma Genki. He will grow to be a great silverback 😊
No Shabani and Momotaro arent brothers, Shabani brother is Haoko, Haoko is Shabani older brother , he is 26 years old and Shabani is 23 years old. However Haoko wife Momoka is Momotaro Mother, and all of Haoko and Momoko children are Momotaro siblings. So Shanbani would be more of a Step Uncle to Momotaro, because Haoko is Momotaro Step Father 😊
Riki is Haokos son and also Momotaros brother. Kintaro and Riki look a lot alike especially when Riki was younger. I think Riki just turned 4🥳
Las dos familias son maravillosas pero muy diferentes en personalidades. Momotaro y sabani son colosos, majestuosos, son buenos padres los dos. Sabani es mas juguetón y activo y Momotaro mas tímido y tranquilo. Gentaro y kintaro son mis bebés, los adoro, aunque Anni y su hermano me gustan mucho. Família Shabani e Familia Momotaro são bem diferente uma da outra. Shabani é mais velho que Momotaro mas na realidade parece o contrário. Shabani é super ativo, sempre disposto faça chuva ou faça sol, brinca com seus filhos, é carinhoso com sua família. Na família Momotaro as atenções são somente para Kintaro. Momotaro é sedentário, só come, descansa e dorme. Vive no mundo da lua. Genki come sem parar e pobre Gentaro busca constantemente amor e carinho de sua mãe em vão. Muito bom assistir videos da Familia Shabani e Família Winston, onde reina o amor, a paz e a harmonia...🦍❣🦍

So these two silverbacks are brothers, how about a virtual visit.
I want to see there reaction just to see each other again. Maybe put an image on that computer game that Momotaro plays. Or give them an item that bares there scent. How about a large photo of them and the scent and each ones favorite treat.
People in prison that have done wrong or been in the wrong place are allowed to have communication from the outside and family.

Shabani's older brother is Haoka, who is at Ueno Zoo. The brothers were born in the Netherlands.
Momotaro was born in Japan. His mom is paired with Haoka now & Momo has 3 half-siblings.

I so wish they could reunite Momotaro with his brothers he'd probably be so much more happier. Most times he's off to himself and doesn't engage with his wife and children. I think he misses his Mom and siblings.
I know I keep commenting he needs another female ...Genki needs a friend and when they take Gentaro they're all going to be sad...
Genki had emotional issues with sharing a male with other females. Its why she's missing parts of fingers and toes. She bit them off and had stopped eating when they sent her to another zoo. They had to bring her back home to be briught back to health. They had to look for a male who could be OK with one female. They found momotaro because of his personality. I worry once gentaro then kintaro are sent to other zoos genki won't be able to handle them leaving.
Momotaro did not grow up with any siblings. They were all born after he got together with Genki.

Momoco from Ueno zoo is Momontaro mom. Momoco s husband in Haoco who is Shabani brother. Haoco has bad behaveur and always is anoying and bitting poor Momoco. She cant scape from the atack of that huge male. Haoco is unfit to lead a troop. Zoos fail.

Momotarou and his family was my first introduction into watching these types of videos. I've watched other families, but they are my favorite thanks to my little Kin Kin...Kintaro. It's also pretty neat to find out more information about them...like the fact that Momo and Shabani are brothers.

Shabani's females know how to make him move so they can take his seat....lol did anyone else notice that? I still think they need to get another female in for Momotaro he's bored and Genki needs a friend...especially when they take Gentaro away from them..
