Hi. Actually it is chalk. First I draw the design and then clean the excess power. Or you can also use any white pencil colour.

@@nrahman5428 yes absolutely you can wash it even in washing machine once the paint is dry. Just keep in mind don't use a scrubber on the design. Either it is absolutely fine to wash . I myself wash my tote bags every week 😀
