Hi. I was speaking in the context of "rubbing-touching-smearring" mentioned by Brewer. I know that annointing with oil and laying on of hands is scriptural. Although "rubbing-touching-smearring" is not barbadumly scriptural it is sometimes necessary. I love Mother Stacks and I have observed that this is the way God leads her. She attacks the area of affliction or vexation and applies the blood. Praise God.
Yes God is good all the time because as of September 18,2020 Dr.Stacks is still going strong In the mighty name of Jesus. Its good to see this powerful woman of God still going strong Thank you Jesus.
...in all thy getting, get an understanding....in Biblical days whenever someone was anointed, they actually smeared the oil on them. If you look up the word "anoint," it should say smear or rub (in the biblical sense). I think that most Christians have got away from the way of doing it....Like the person said....it's about the point of contact, obedience, and faith. Hope this helps a bit. God bless you!
