কোন কোম্পানি দীর্ঘ মেয়াদে ব্যাংক থেকে ঋণ গ্রহণ করতে পারবে না । শেয়ার বাজারে শেয়ার ছেড়ে টাকা তুলতে হবে । এই আইন জোরালো ভাবে প্রয়োগ করা হোক । আর ব্যাংক থেকে দীর্ঘ মেয়াদে কোন লোন নয় । এই আইন প্রয়োগ করার জন্য অর্থ উপদেষ্টা ও গভর্নরের প্রতি আহ্বান জানাচ্ছি ।

Take it from a financial market researcher (PhD)- i) To increase market confidence and security, use an automated market surveillance system that should be able to flag manipulations (all common ones and also potential manipulated trades which can be investigated by in-house specialists) ii) make press releases available asap via the media channels on any rules change/update just like the CFTC and the SEC iii) give the BSEC (its regulatory wings) enough power to make cases against market manipulators. These are some. But, things can be done to improve the market significantly.
