Azeris are decendents of mongols, compared to Armenians who have no prior decendents and have played this instrument over 4500 years ago. Mongols hadnt even invaded asia in those times. yes. that's a bit curious. duduk comes from the turkish word "düdük" and the song "sari gelin" is a turkish title meaning blond bride.
