Checklist:
1) A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
2)Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
3)Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake anyone up🎧
3) A tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake(I usaully prefer coffee), green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
4) Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper, or whatever you need.⌨
5) Anything else you could need, what about a heating pad, keeping yourself warm all the time isn't bad! a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy!!! 🐈
Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. yup
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book.

Don’t forget to put a bottle of water next to you while studying and put some cinnamon in it because it helps you focus
Have all your supplies around you
If it’s daytime then open the curtains and the windows even if it’s cold outside so that fresh air can come into your room
Study in the daylight so that the sun can touch your face and keep you warm
Wear some headphones while listening to this so that you can stay focused
Put your phone on charger and leave it because you may not when your phone dies
Put your phone on do not disturb in order to stay focused
And stop scrolling and get back to work.

to all of you studying, here are some tips:
- dont forget to bring a water bottle as you might get thirsty and you dont want to be dehydrated
- try not to get too distracted by your phone or other devices- keep them in another room or somewhere else
- remember to take breaks! take a moment outside or a 10 minute break from all the stress and hard work. your mental health counts just as much as you intelligence does! This can also help you focus.
- bring anything you might need beforehand, so you dont get distracted.
- headphones are a good way of blocking out sound
- clear your mind. its fine to take a second and think about everyday life.
Good luck to any of you studying for tests and i hope all of you achieve all your dreams and are able to be the best you can be. Youre all the definition of awesome! you can do anything as long ans you put your brain and heart into it and be the best you can be. every inch of you is unique and thats what makes you you. keep on trying, working, and studying. all your effort adds up to something big. and that thing is success. if youre ever feeling down, just remember this - youre amazing.
