As someone who just last week took down Gellerpox with Strike Force Justian 14 to 10, going to have to argue with some of this tier list.
Players will always beat players - Exaction Squad just won a major tournament and I'm sure somewhere out there in the warp Kroot have taken the top spot in a tournament once or twice as well XD

My hot take, nemesis claw is pretty trash. They will need a buff sooner than later. Way way worse than legionary and Warpcoven.
I do not know. Nightlords are definity more specialized as Warpcoven can switch some rubric marines for some melee birds and Legionaries can be played as full fledge melee, flex or ranged team, but they have super conceal as team ability and better melee operatives. You are rather murderous with some free MW to dish and can secure easily a kill. True, compared to elfs you are slow and clunky bit still rather OK team.
I don't know about all the harlequin hate. Sure, the delivery system isn't there anymore and pathfinder with a rope is faster. But all the raw power is unchanged. The pathfinder won't ever charge you, autocrit you for 7 and shoot another dude to death. And when you go for a trade back, that 4++ with rerolls will ruin your day. The things the team lost are threat range and one way charges.
I’m in an Eldar server with a very active KT channel and they are still quite high on the Harlies. If it wasn’t for Mandrakes and Corsairs making my zipper break I’d probably be playing Harlequins.
Yeah I think their 'fall' is perhaps more about the high of mandrakes right now - as you say the delivery of fly is great but take that away and its a team that still has bite, insane close range shooting and longer range options. the 4++ makes it hard to reliably kill them via traditional 'big' guns methods.
The problem I think was some harli players just loved the team because they could ignore half the kill team game rules. And when that got taken away they frankly didn’t know how to play the damn game.
Actually, statically in the last tournaments, Kroot has gone up quite a lot. I think the metrics will show more in a little later vids. Maybe check roll a crits last tournament metric review.

oh man, yeah you had it rough this tier list :D - there might be a Table Top Simulator game happening to decide which team is better - out of interest which team would you rate higher?
@@casualwargamers3582 i like Intercession because of I ability to run 3 vengeance class scopes.
i have issues with DUNE being the bottom. the second movie out recent makes that movie set a high bar for an amazing universe to come.
I think we agreed that dune is considered low tier as viewed through the lens of holiday destinations for anakin Skywalker , .... And that's how we justified it.
Mandrakes power is hugely dependent on board terrain layout. Which is going to make it hard to judge them.
