Asher Hong - 2016 JO Nationals - Level 8 JE

This year has been tough for Asher - attending only two meets early in the season before competing nationals. With a concussion in late January, we didn't know if he'd even come back. Ankle and shoulder issues followed and made nationals a real challenge, but by the grace of God and some conservative routines designed by Coach Sergei, Asher was able to pull through with a second place finish. This rough journey has taught Asher to really be patient, leaning on God, and not his own strength. Thank you for your prayers and support!

I'm glad he's doing very well. I miss having him at Springfield, but he's obviously getting much better coaching at WOGA. I hope he wins AA next year!
