They are some pretty sweet kdubs. I really like the color scheme of the 589 you took over there. I really appreciate the work that has been put into each of those trucks
He has some nice rollin stock, and his house and shop look really nice as well. If you are driving a Pete or KW, there's no where to go but down... I drove both for 40 years. A fella would have to really go the extra mile to find fault with either unit. How do I know you ask? Thanks for taking us Mike
Nick here from SR Paint, the guys at JF are the real deal! They are always doing wicked stuff and we are honoured to be part of it even in the slightest. Hope things are going well for you Mike and glad to see you got Duke finished up.
Thanks, I am privileged to be able to work with some great people in the trucking industry. It's kinda nice to see the pride people take in their new trucks that o e day will be our project trucks.
It’s awsome to see they still produce the oldskool trucks. Over Here in the europe they change the trucks about every 5 years. Too bad. Because the most awsome trucks over here are also from the old days (‘80’s, ‘90’s)
Mike I love W900's my last ride was a T800 twin screw with a drop axle, day cab, which just has a short hood, loved that truck. Uh, Mike and I quote "If you have trucks, you don't have to worry about girlfriends" .....Mike you do know they have sleepers on them😁 just sayin......nature ya know.🙃 I just don't understand, if GM can't build the E-Vette fast enough and there ALL sold, why doesn't PACCAR build a limited number of the X-389 they could name their own price.........You too Mike have a Great Day!..............................see ya
Mike, greetings from Russia! I've been watching your channel for a long time, it's very interesting. It is a pity that these are times when it is impossible to bring an American truck to Russia, at least officially. There are very few American trucks left on Russian roads, mostly Chinese are being driven now. Peterbilt 389 tridrive has never seen a live one at all. If there was an opportunity, I would at least buy a bag with accessories. I hope that times will change. Good luck!
Thanks for showing that. It's really cool that a company likes to keep their equipment up and nice but man they are spending lot's of money in chrome for a work truck. Too each there own but spending that much extra one each truck is not for me.
They actually end up selling alot of them and rotating through bec guys like how they do them up. It not something everyone can do but Jed is a Master at making a work truck look cool
@@mikethetrucknut Yes I can see that. If it was any other profession, I would say i'm paying this guy too much money. There is a fine line between someone with nice and neat work equipment and ober the top. I still enjoyed the video and your channel.
That is a lot of money sitting there in trucks 😳 to be honest all those trucks are pavement princesses, you compare coastal logging to interior logging. Trucks used in coastal logging see way more abuse than the trucks in your video. A logging truck with a sleep yeah you spend more time on pavement than off road. Chrome and bling doesn't make you money I've been around coastal loggers all my life trucks are meant to work they take abuse they get beat up. The BC gov't will do the same thing to interior logging like they've done to coastal logging ie put it out of business. I agree the 389s do look more old school than the W900, I prefer the T800 I like the T800H those are rare now.
Those trucks get beat to shit may have an easier life than coastal but logging especially in bc and Alberta is something else Depends where your at but not uncommon to pull in 70, 80,000 kg.. and the roads there on holy shit stuff of nightmares
Love any truck but the new commercial at the start of any video you watch on youtube is now a guarantied have to listen to as no video yet. Four minutes of black screen and a commercial you have to listen to or not see any part of these videos. Its a whole bit too much and just wonder if watching any videos is really worth the troubles of being forced to do something this offensive. Your video is just fine but don't choke me with a blank screen and something forced.
I can't control youtubs add placement. But I'll see if there is a setting I can change. I know this is why I pay for premium youtube just to avoid the adds. So I 100% understand
Yea if you’re on TH-cam a lot it’s definitely worth the premium to not have to watch any commercials. And can have sound running in the background and not be on the app.
They are some pretty sweet kdubs. I really like the color scheme of the 589 you took over there. I really appreciate the work that has been put into each of those trucks
I've always been a fan of KW because that's what my dad drove. But between watching you, Gentry, FSC, and Bruce. Pete's have grown on me.
I did forget to mention that JF got some nice rigs.
My heart skipped a beat when you opened the door on Grant's tractor.
Yeah buddy

Thanks for sharing this one W 900 is dear to my heart
They have some pretty impressive trucks
Jf for a bigger company really sets the standards for how trucks are kept up 😊 more companies should be like this
That 589 is really nice 👍
You ought to do more new and customer truck video's. I like the working on your trucks video's but these are entertaining also. Thanks.
Awesome ❤️ that's what I'd like to do. Just don't want people to leave because of them.
Some very nice looking rides there.
Always good to see trucks that we will never here way down here old or new
Miss JF's T800's - those are beasts !!!!!!!!!
For log haulers it's the best looking fleet iv'e ever seen ,the only problem is my heart would break for every spot of mud on them.
Mint, mint, mint. Thanks Mike. 😊
Nice 😊 I like the old ones and new
I like all of them , DAMMMMN.

Haha right!

Really?? 😲
@mikethetrucknut yes sir around the 45 second mark its the heavy haul video their latest I believe
I love the videos Mike keep up the good work
These are awesome trucks. I'd really love to see them working. Could you ever get some footage of them doing some log transport?
Yes I could, I'd just have to get up early 😩
@@mikethetrucknut Haha, I get that. I wake up at about the crack of noon every day.
Very nice
I'm jealous
Mike, how many trucks do you move a year up there? KW salesman here in the SE US
our dealership sells aprox 120 trucks a year
Maybe it's a given, but, did you have the sale on them?
This dude is riiichh as a tim Hortons investor
Or... A Dunkin Donuts investor here in the states ...
Did they make a 359X?
There were a numbered series to end the 359 I'm just not sure if they called them an x or not
@@mikethetrucknut ok you should do a truck junkyard video again
Those trucks are absolutely gorgeous
There might be an ulterior motive to take the 589 there ..
Whoo meee 😉

His workshop is much more tidy than yours mike
Yeah, I better step up
I'll sell ya my 22 diamond white 389 flat top, 21 gauges no nav

So he buys new trucks and re sells them ??

Easier to deal with on my TV. I instantly mute and wait for the skip option. Then Mike The Truck Nut returns and all is right with the world again.

And with all the pollution crap on it so it will be in the shop more than working . He should delete them .
Mike go and turn the truck that started your channel into a tri drive and stop procrastinating
Smoky would be ideal for doing something like that, already stretched out.
I heard from a little birdy that he might be selling one of the 389x’s here soon🤭🫣
yep two will get sold one is a keeper.
