Love your declutters 💕 how are people gonna get mad about what you dont get rid of? Its your collection, you don't have to get rid of anything if you dont want to, and I doubt the ones getting mad would get rid of a whole lot of their makeup

When doing these declutters stop thinking about “oh I love this brand so I’m going to keep the whole collection” and actually judge each product by the likelihood that you will use it. Make sure you are opening up each item to make sure it is unique, but usable in your collection before deciding to automatically keep it.
Also if you have the exact same thing in different formats, keep the smallest variant and let go of the larger ones to someone who is more likely to have that as their ONLY highlighter and will be able to go through that much product before it goes bad. Yea expiration dates are pretty flexible especially with powders, but you only have one face and even if you change your makeup 3 times a day, every day you will not be able to go through all the duplicate products you have.
I’d like to see you at least attempt a project pan with one item so you can actually realize how much product and how many uses there are in one container. I don’t care if it’s a tiny primer, lash glue, highlight, or mini foundation, but I think you’ve lost sight as to how much blush is actually in one compact.
Try also limiting your unopened spares to 5 items per category. Yes it may be your fave highlighter right now, but cosmetics are continually evolving and getting better. What was the best highlighter 3 years ago is now average at best. You’re still going to be getting pr and buying new items so double check with yourself if you think each spare product you have in storage is good enough to compete against whatever new, unimagined products the future will bring to your collection.
why would you want to throw away the jeffree star cosmetics highlighters?
Because of the scandal with him being a huge racist and supporting people that have made sexual comments about children
Putting all the Jeffree Star in its own drawer is a good idea. Do not get rid of the good highlighters. Keep the Becca, Ofra, Benefit Sugar Cookie one or all Benefit, MAC if you own MAC, Too Faced, Fenty, etc. I guess keep some drug store such as Wet n Wild.

I’m confused as to why you kept your Jeffree Star products separate. What made you not want to use them, & why not declutter them if you won’t use them? Sorry, I am a first time viewer to your channel, so apologies if you have explained about this before.
She just isn’t going to be using them for filming or on camera. That why they are separate
I understand people who don't want to support him anymore - but if you already own some of his stuff it's wasteful to just throw it out. Many youtubers plan on using up the products just not promoting them on their channel and therefore may keep them in another place.

@@demi4632 Yes but if you own product it's wasteful to just throw it away. At least use it up. I'd feel more bad about letting the product waste once I've already bought it.

I finished a mini ONCE!
I have pan in my oldest highlighter soft and gentle from Mac and pan in the balm Mary luminizer. I’ve got about 45 highlighters.

I wish you could plan your videos out with careful thought. I like the content but because you don’t plan, the angle of the camera, the frame, the flow makes me not want to watch it 😭 like plan where, how and what a little more carefully.. for example when you talk about the products and name the shades we can’t even see it in the frame lol

I love highlighter too so I understand the struggle. You did a full blown Konmari declutter and you should be proud! Obviously it's your makeup so you do what you please, but if you are continuing to declutter definitely do this method again! It really shows you how much you have when you pull everything out and makes you truly prioritize what you love. Much respect! 🙌 👏💜

You should have stopped and walked away once you started feeling stressed. The stress is what makes you keep everything and this makes you have to do this so often. Take a break, take a day to do anything else and not think about it. Then come back with a clear head and a focus of “I don’t want to be forced to do this again in 3 months”
I have like no makeup cuz I can't afford it. If you feel like you have to much and need to throw some out hook a sister up and send some my way! Lol It would be such a blessing 🙌

You know besides using the highlights on my cheek I also use them on my eyes I've got quite a few highlighters too (prob. 35 or more)you've got some beautiful ones there!!
I tried using hilighter as eyeshadow once and it didn't look good at all lol. Won't be doing that again.
