Its a vertical offset....not really an upright smoker. Upright smokers are more like a wsm or a brinkman - where the heat source is directly under the food. Cheers Stephen!
I can't eat steaks, brisket, pork all the time. i got to have chicken, fish, sea foods, and wild game as meats. This help me get a craving again for them. Same with veggies, i can't eat corn, and potato's all the time . I switch over to greens and things. Like okra, beans, peas, ect. Same with Mexican foods and Italian foods, i dearly love em, but i got switch over to American foods, Chinese food ect. Some times i even mix up Mexican foods with Chinese ect. Be surprise how good they are! Example spaghetti noodles with fish, mushroom and things Chicken, or even a stir fry with spaghetti noodles

We had a tornado warning last night.....phone went off at like 01:00 with an alert. Weather has been intense. Cheers man!

I see rite now you need a patio awning of some sort. So you can cook out doors in all kinds of weather YOU WILL LOVE IT ! I love mine. 😉

Good fresh corn in ny is only like july - sept....we love broccoli - roasted is fantastic

Yeah man....just scored reduced priced for 1.69 lb and even that is higher than it used to be. Its 2.39 lb here now. Which is insane.
