    I'm a Canadian guy, from Winnipeg Manitoba to be more specific. Just been studying up on my bbqing and came across your channel. Just wanted to say hello. Haven't tried anything to bbq of yours but just wanted to comment and say how down to earth you are and how you are just a cool and normal everyday kind of person you are.     I live in DC area about 30 miles from Baltimore. Tell Dash you can find tri-tip in in this area at Wegmans supermarket

      Even got it a Safeway here too. Bet ya Costco and Sam’s carry also.

    no need to inject a tri tip. marinade it and cook it medium rare lol

    T-Roy you need to try the boudin stuff jalapenos from heb they are really good on the LSG grill make sure to flip them over.

    i love chiming in after the fact but who in the hell can afford waygu full cuts of meat? especially on a regular??

    i agree.. have to season a few times after you pull it.. and add some injection to it again too.. pork butts are bland as hell if you dont season em again and add some fluid back into it.

    T-Roy, I have a WSM style smoker in Europe. My briskets hit 160 in about 2-3 hours and stall. Any advice?
