I hv purchased Apnacam ptz camera, its microphone is not working. I contacted them for replacement, they said send it by courier and we will repair it. They are not replacing it. Its very bad on their part for not providing replacement & onsite warranty.
Mujhe ground floor k gate live monitor krna hai sirf call bell ke liye wo v 4th floor se. I dont have option for video door bell thats why? I dont need recording, cheapest solution please

Depends on Internet speed. If on your area mobile Internet is fast enough then use 4g cctv camera. If you hv wifi broadband connection then wifi cctv camera is best.
