I really resonate with your approach. Many stylists talk about dressing authentically and others encourage women to dress aspirationally as our future best self. I've not heard anyone address the tension that exists in that gap, until today! I found this incredibly helpful!

      Hi Kathy,
Thanks! I certainly know that tension! I think it's that 'in-between' space that keeps us stuck. The transition to dressing better can feel super overwhelming and daunting... and yet we become the better dressed versions of ourselves by going through the messy middle. I'm so glad you found this helpful. Thank you for letting me know. 🥰

What a great list! Your videos are just so great and speak directly to situations I have found myself in. Guilt gets me but often shows up as “but it is perfectly fine” or “I could get use out of it” (but haven’t worn it in years.). Acknowledging my work from home lifestyle but my desire to feel leveled and like I am rocking it was a huge change for me to focus my closet and also what I grab for in the morning. It also helped me with the “accessory” of making sure I like my hair, have some jewelry on and some make up. Huge difference.

Yay! I'm so glad this video was helpful for you. I speak from personal (and professional) experience. 😉 I still sometimes find myself holding on to pieces that could be useful in some future situation. It's a sneaky habit and leaves me feeling overwhelmed with my closet. I agree, a little attention to hair, jewelry and makeup can make such a difference in how we feel when we get dressed! Thanks for watching. 💕

It's funny how what's most personal is most universal, huh? Thanks for watching. I hope you find this info helpful. ☺️
