You need to interview Mollie Sue, that was the most controversial elimination and she became one of the most successful
They made Alasia look like the villain every single time but failed to realize that every time she got into it with someone, it was just a reaction to what they were doing to her.
Anslee sounding out the word "refrigerated" like Alasia was 2 years old was a trigger.
Jessica telling her to not speak was a trigger.
Raina and Jessica acting all "hood" outside the confessional room while Alasia was in it was a trigger.
Not gonna say Alasia was right in every situation, but she was definitely provoked and those white girls clearly had racist qualities.

I liked Raina but I was not feeling her bullshit.
Let's not forget Alasia's confessional was a reaction to Raina's confessional dissing her. And she was there to hear it.
They were definitely racist! I can’t imagine dealing with those type of microaggressions on the daily. And to top it off, the fact that they mostly showed Alasia yelling and upset was a micro aggression in itself. They wanted her to be the angry black girl so bad
Raina was passive aggressive and just awful tbh. So glad she didn’t win. Couldn’t stand her or Jessica.
Tyra seriously casted black girls that come from underprivileged background, and then made fun of them for being “ghetto” and would heavily criticize it, while also making a joke out of the black girls on the edit…and not just the black girls most of the ethnic girls with inner city backgrounds are treated this way

She exploited tf outta Angelea and she was hella rude to Kelle

When he said Tyra should've started an agency, In New Zealand's Next Top Model, the host sara tetro has a very big agency that the winners signs onto as well as being flown to other big agencies. It wasn't just that country, Australia, the winner signed with Priscilla's, a high up agency and Priscilla herself was a judge and was more focused on finding a model. After cycle 6 of Ausntm she signed about half of the contestants after airing. I feel like Tyra and production shouldve taken from notes from the international versions that did better.

Priscilla’s was the agency for go-sees in ANTM Cycle 8!
This is just a reality show! The foreign shows really want to find models. ANTM just wanted drama. In reality, 1/2 of the people wouldn't even be considered by agencies. But they make good TV!

Now watching back the Cycle 14 (with much better English lol), I see the girls who argued with Alasia are actually the ones who provoked her first. I mean if you slap someone, expect to be slapped back. The show really did her dirty by editing her as the villain. The others could have just talked in a nicer way and shouldn’t have low key implied the racist tone in it. Jessica, Raina, Anslee, Brenda and Ren were really bitchy towards Alasia. They treated her as if she was much lower than them. Alasia can be loud sometimes but at least she is one of the realest ones in my opinion. The girls mentioned above are pretty fake.

The winner of the cycle was KRISTA - a black Queen.
THEE first (and rightful) winner of the All-Star cycle was ANGELEA, before it was ripped away from her unjustly!
Alasia knocked a FEW pictures out of the park from that entire cycle's selection of photos - some of the best in top model history!
It is VERY clear what their agenda was.....and they got stumped and BEAT HARD and production played into it. The way King Andre rooted for Krista and got emotional about her pictures......there wasn't a way in HELL Krista, with her fight and hunger for winning, wasn't walking away with that crown. The crown she deserved.

@Joan of Arc- you are absolutely delusional if you think I will just blatantly ignore the facts. Both Allison and Lisa, whom I both adore and love so much, have both stated in recent interviews that Angelea did in fact win that cycle and broke down their interpretations of how it got to that, what aired to viewers, and how it made them feel. Regardless of Ang's track record OR bringing up other models and their pasts (OR present), the way that the title was taken from her was unfair and unjust --- she knows it, and Allison and Lisa both know it. Yes, I do think Lisa deserves it, but so does Allison! Those women, to my recollection, have nothing to gain or lose at this point exposing that truth from all-stars, especially to the extent that Lisa has. I'm not sure who the least successful winner is out of the series.....considering everyone's margins of success vary -- but I HIGHLY doubt that Krista is.
@Joan of Arc, yeah, slow your roll. I love me some Lisa D’amato. I love listening to her interviews, watching her on TV, and definitely was rooting for her when All-Stars originally aired, if I’m really honest. I fiercely defended her on a recent interview she did. That was met with a little shade and criticism back but I didn’t care. That’s my girl.
I LOVE THIS!!! favorite interview I've seen. Those girls were so mean and entitled!!! Alasia was a bb. You don't bully young girls you MENTOR them.
I LOVED the photo of Alasia with the vest. They constantly told the girls to take chances, but then raked them over the coals when they did.

It was so apparent, those girls were picking with Krista, Alasia, and Angelea. From the comments about being uneducated, to them saying they were angry. The producers and Tyra should have checked that!!

Alasia has been the most joyful and most positive interviews of the ATM contentents that have been on here.
I’m so happy watching this a year later. Alasia was so memorable and relatable. I love that she shows love to the women who Krista called real during the filming despite arguing with them at different times. I loved Alasia, Krista, Angelea, Alexandria once they really started showing her personality, and Anslee. I couldn’t stand Brenda, Raina, Jessica, or Ren. They categorized the three black girls I mentioned the second they met them and treated them as if they were inferior to them.
Haven't watched this in a while, but Alasia was in my spirit today so I had to watch this again. Alasia was and still is the bomb!
Didn´t miss Alasia say that Raina was shady as hell when the cameras didn´t roll but when the cameras was rolling she was be a saint ... !! Ok? And Brenda , calling anyone un-educated is wrong ...

I love you for these interviews & I know they're live, but I wish there was some way you could incorporate video clips and/or screenshots from the episodes & incidents you're discussing.
It's been years--sometimes a decade or more since many of these episodes aired. It was different when VH1 would do the marathons & as a viewer, you remember bits & pieces, but clips/pics would serve as a nice refresher.
Just a suggestion. Again, I LOVE these interviews!

Alasia was my favorite , & I never looked at her as the villain just cuz she blew up on people that always started it first . they tried to talk down on her cuz she was one of the youngest & she was Black . but she ended up being one of the front runners in the competition , making it to the top 6 .

i've long held Brenda up as my favorite of the cycle, mostly because i love her glamour model look and feel like they did her dirty with the makeover and trying to push her into an 'edgy' style when she wasn't edgy but,...was she really that bad? I admit i haven't watched C14 in a good while, but was she really that bad? Like, i don't want some biased Brenda hater to come on and tell me she was Hitler, but someone to objectively remind me what it is Brenda did?
I'm at least glad to hear Alasia herself say Brenda wasn't THAT bad, but now i wonder what the Raina and Jessica stans have to say about their favorites being....shady. lol
