On Flo-Rida type beats vocoded voice,weak flow, weak lyrics etc. but this track is from 7-8 years ago, they reconciled with a few of them since then and they basically do half the things they are dissing on this track.
In a nutshel... Some gentlemans of slovak rap scene just made "music funeral" for some pseudo rappers. After this piece of art some of these pseudo rappers literally dissapeared from scene. IMHO

In short, this was an asnwer/disstrack primarily aimed at Rakby, who dissed the last of the trio in his quite clever and funny song released earlier. The track in this one was taken from Dj Premier so that's why it pumps so hard, it's true oldschool. Both 3 rappers diss various "lesser" (according to their taste) rappers in the Slovak and Czech scene. It's more or less full blown / full time disstrack. And the Separ guy, this is like his older version we call IT here in SK holohlavý Separ ( bald head Separ) and he changed a lot but he still dropin good music. You got to listen to Kontrafakt - Mulano Stylos. Arguably one of the best songs those guys produced, that song was forming whole rap scene in slovakia, thanks to Kontrafakt we have such a great rap scene here
Piche and Pichu mainly means cunt in plain English, see how often you can hear it for yourself, but may i suggest you check out the old Rytmus stuff? Kontrafakt where he began with as a group. And maybe some tracks from his Kral album. For the western ear thats a real delight imho.
