You can most definitely transform in a year. I spent a year just doing pull ups, curls, and push up and resistance band workouts. I went from a skinny fat 160 to a pure jacked 220 . I was doing 3-500 push up a day, i was doing pull ups to fail everytime, squats to fail, and dips . Maybe my genetics helped but the other guys around me were also getting jacked very fast. We had time to sleep like 10 hours a day tho so that helps alot plus access to alot of food.
Just say you have L genetics you can 100% have a significant body transformation in a year without steroids if you workout and eat well. At least for me I can, I put on muscle relatively easily.
I used to work out for 2.5 hour everyday for like a year before a proper gym bro out me on to 45 to 60 min is all you need good food good and lots of sleep i went from 5,4ft 260lb to about 168 anyone can do it and its a special bond thats very unique
