Park lost it's shuttle Shwarzkopf way too long ago and never got any kind of launch afterwards. I'd say while this doesn't have an inversion, this works as a pretty cool replacement for that missing, shuttle coaster and with spinny seats and water! Do they not put the water in the earlier season, or just wait until April/May to have it open (Ik it's warm enough a lot of the time)? It fits in that spot perfectly, and makes the one "what is that, someone clean that up" part of the park look so much nicer now. I do hope they will continue with the steampunk thing by Pandemonium though in the future. Or unpopular opinion it seems but if this becomes my home one (my future goal/moving spot), hope they'd make the fun but stand-up ouch Georgia Scorcher floorless next. Thanks for the footage, after the delays both in doing something with the spot then the outside contracting, it's good to see it should be all good to go whenever it makes sense to open it!
@@edt-ze3ke Meh they take forever to load and then leave you on the break run forever. Who wants to stand after having to stand in lines and walk around all day? As as 90's kid, I'm glad that 90's fad is on it's way out more and more (especially if SFGADV can be so lucky to have green lantern gone, get a dive for the front). GScorcher would be so much nicer should've did it when they did the last paint job. I commend the park for other efforts in restoration/painting though especially with Goliath getting one now.
There will be water jets that will make it seem like a splashdown but the coaster itself will not go into the water. In the spring and fall/winter they can run it as a dry ride that happens to be over water. Summertime though they can have you get wet to some degree.
@@edt-ze3ke Very true, 100% agreed. But unless it's changed over the last few years (including latter 2021 when overdue restrictions were lifted), the operations from 2016-then were pretty awful. And I'd say average for most of the rest of the park, rides and roller coasters included (and taking capacity into play like daredevil dive vs. goliath).

Schorcher is already good and very smooth. It doesn’t need a floorless conversion.

@@oneandonlysound99 Stand ups aren’t known for having the best ops since it’s very complex.

this looks insanely fun!
I know they that they’ll open it next year but if u ask me it’s ready right now
why doesn’t spin?
It is much better to start simple with testing and slowly make it more complex. Eventually they will be doing test runs with the spinning.
Great seeing you today!
Same to you. Hopefully one day we can hang out
awesome
Wow ! Looks Ike....... Some Bull 💩
Extremely disappointed
I kinda agree. I wish it was an Intamin Impulse instead. But yeah. We have this at least.
