Good to hear you feel some positive energy, hope for you that it will bring you something. But as a bit of advise, stay as far away from crypto as you can, it is the fastest way to go bankrupt. Yes you can get rich if you can find an idiot who wants to pay more for hot air than you did, but if you cannot find that idiot your money is lost. I know it is tempting, but when you are so far down the drain as you are it is easy to make a wrong choice. Good luck.

They are experts at highly remote sailing, and all that goes with preparation and survival. I've seen videos of just these two on board Pelagic Australis, in the southern ocean, sailing to their home destination and in huge seas. These are true exploration sailors and I cannot say enough about them. I would never do what they do, but would love to just the same.

Good seasonal charter opportunities, plus you get the write offs year round. Not being a 4 seasons holiday destination the attraction is probably in affordable real estate and connecting newcomers with business opportunities. You two already have expertise in that field, or easily adaptable.
At some point could you discuss how you handle healthcare in Montenegro? Are there advantages since you are now a resident? Do they charge you income tax? How does the healthcare compare to what you have in the Netherlands. Here in the US we do not have a national healthcare system. Medical care here is excellent but very expensive you must have private insurance. Based on your videos, Montenegro looks very modern and clean. I'm not trying to pry into your personal situation but am interested in how the system works there. This would be a very interesting video segment that people would be interested in hearing about.

I fully share your positive entrepreneurial spirit but in Porto Montenegro the opportunities have already passed. The ones that remain are not for you but for the local « mob ». On the spot you will take the time to discover this for yourself. We'll talk about it again in a few months when reality replaces the illusion. Don't worry, the process is perfectly normal and you are not the first to believe in it ;)
Another thing to consider: If European VAT is paid on your boat, staying in Montenegro for several months may cause the boat to lose its status. You would not be the first person to get into trouble with customs in a European country like Croatia. Make sure you know what you are getting into, because they are tough if they catch you. You can be confronted with paying VAT again! This has already happened several times in the last year at people who have deposited their residence papers in Montenegro

I've been in touch with an agent regarding renting an apartment in Tivat. I will come for a month to begin with and use this time to research Montenengro. So happy you are doing some advance research 🤣 The water quality (chemical additives) is important to me and one reason I chose Slovenia years back. I fully share your positive entrepreneurial spirit but in Porto Montenegro the opportunities have already passed. The ones that remain are not for you but for the local « mob ». On the spot you will take the time to discover this for yourself. We'll talk about it again in a few months when reality replaces the illusion. Don't worry, the process is perfectly normal and you are not the first to believe in it ;)
Another thing to consider: If European VAT is paid on your boat, staying in Montenegro for several months may cause the boat to lose its status. You would not be the first person to get into trouble with customs in a European country like Croatia. Make sure you know what you are getting into, because they are tough if they catch you. You can be confronted with paying VAT again! This has already happened several times in the last year at people who have deposited their residence papers in Montenegro

Hey Steve if you spent some time watching his videos and understand what has brought him to this point, and video, you would take your negativity back, I have spent from last night 9pm and it’s now 4am I have watched all his vids more or less, he has more energy in his shoes when he takes them of at night than you have at your days peak time, besides that there is an old saying “ opinions are like assholes, everyone has one”

I've been in touch with an agent regarding renting an apartment in Tivat. I will come for a month to begin with and use this time to research Montenengro. So happy you are doing some advance research 🤣 The water quality (chemical additives) is important to me and one reason I chose Slovenia years back. Anyway, it appears Montenegro is my first destination and looks like it's July. Madly closing down my life in Australia now. So thrilled to see Gerben's verve for life increasing. The positive vibe of Montenegro is working magic. Exciting times. So pleased you're coming out of the pregnancy down time Rianne. And a third language for Benjamin ... lucky boy!
