We all have our opinions, and they may differ, but we need to remain in aloha at the end of the day. The judges are there because they earned that spot, and have the many years of wisdom gained from their experiences. Even if you are sad that your personal picks didn’t win, celebrate the fact that our Hawaiian culture is alive and well.❤❤❤

I think maybe we should treat the Merry Monarch Festival as a festival for hula and not a competition for points. No places one, two, and three. Just hula for you and me. ❤
I believe people wanted this to happen, but uncle George made the reality when he said, no one will put their best forward...
@@kumufatzviewz Maybe, yeah, but I think some halaus bring their A-game knowing that they won't place, but they come for prestige and honor of just performing at the Merry Monarch. You can win and still the award money doesn't cover the expense to get there and perform.
