Ah yes, the classic "turn Grant into an axe while climbing up and down through glitched screens, adding E000 to your time, and deleting 20,000 points from your score" strategy. A totally normal speedrun.
Yeah. It's a shame it didn't make it to the NES Classic. Which I accidentally sold along with most of my other games in an effort to retire as a gamer. Thankfully I got most of the games I sold back so at least there's that. Still, I learned the hard way that selling your games and consoles even if you plan on retiring is a bad idea.
I didn't knew this glitch existed. Hell, I didn't knew it was even possible to throw items that fast (even if not humanly possible, still within the console's reach as shown here)
SYFA: "Take me with you! I know the magics." GRANT: "Take me with you. Dracula will be toast in less than 15 minutes; AND, I will do most of the work." TREVOR: [walks off with Grant]
13:55 Ah, I see Life Force isn't the only NES Konami game in which rapidly spamming the pause button will corrupt the background. (For context if any one has a NES Advantage controller try playing Life Force with the controller's slow motion switch activated. The game will go haywire.)
@@Avrelivs_Gold It's not that they _didn't_ want to use such cartridges internationally. International consoles outright lacked the necessary expansion pins in the cartridge slot for the VRC6's expanded audio capabilities and Nintendo was far less open to international use of third-party MMCs, so the game had to be reworked around the MMC5 (the closest available MMC to the VRC6) and the console's stock sound channels. Given all this, the international release did nothing but *increase* expense for the devs.
ITV: Trevor and Grant defeat Dracula by taking a shortcut through the Chaotic Realm
Does that make grant a stronger sorcerer than sypha?
Netflix Trevor : How much beer i need to drink to gain this power?

Grant was so mad at Dracula that he traveled through another dimension to kill him, what a badass.
Hadn't seen the boss glitch before, was cool!
Glitches aside, this game is a technical masterpiece for a nes game
And with better music in Famicom bersion
Enter Name Screen
TAS: "nah"
Awesome I like this Castlevania 3 for the NES Draculas Curse keep up the good work.
13:50 Careful! That moon's packing a shotgun!
Grant: "I can help you a lot, 'cause I'm fast".
No
Grant: “I can help you a lot cause I can take a shortcut to Dracula.”
Nah
Grant: "I can help you a lot cause i'm glitchy as heck!"
He's so fast he warps the fabric of spacetime
My favourite game on the NES! CV3 is a masterpiece

Anyone who likes Castlevania should play Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon
SYFA: "Take me with you! I know the magics."
GRANT: "Take me with you. Dracula will be toast in less than 15 minutes; AND, I will do most of the work."

Castlevania 3, Dracula's Fever Dream Path?
Know we know why he didn't appeared at the netflix adaptation... :v

Even with TAS the stupid bats and monkey-things get you!

Wrong game. That’s Ninja Gaiden not Castlevania and both creators are completely different

I like how Simon decides it a good idea to visit the chaotic realm.

That's messed up
It never ceases to amuse me how poorly this version sounds in comparison to the Japanese edition.
The channels are missing and it sounds like it.
@Psychopath Media for better sound it had to use special enhanced cartridges so they didn't want to risk their money
