The rules worked beautifully for Trump. That was the best debate I’ve ever watched. It was peaceful and well contained. Biden often struggled to fill his time. Kept it very civil and made Trump look good.

Not to mention if you have kids. Absolutely. I was against Trump agreeing to debate BEFORE the nominating Conventtions were over. Now they will replace Joe as he will be pushed HARD to withdraw. Only the hardcore Dems who believe that Trump will be in jail will stay with Biden, hoping he will pull it out.

Just wanna say, since one of them will be president we need to be able to understand what they are saying, in the next debate we should demand the moderators to ask Joe Biden to clarify when he meant whenever he’s incoherent and rambles.

CNN actually did a pretty decent job moderating, good on them. Couple of moments where they seemed to cover for Biden, but all in all they kept it balanced
Good on them? I can guarantee the "moderators" were at Camp David literally rehearsing the questions, answers, and even rebuttals with that old kid sniffer. Bide would IMMEDIATELY start rattling off his answer without pausing to think about the question at all. When does he ever do that?

It has never been harder to buy one in the history of the USA. The average income is about $70,000 before taxes, the average house is $450,000, with the rates from 6.7 to 7.3 %. Even with perfect credit and a 20% down payment, you’re still paying over $800,000 and at least a $2300 payment for 30 years! This is crazy, most Americans don’t have a $1000 for emergency’s so having a $90,000 down payment is ridiculous. It would be hard to purchase a home even if you made $100,000 a year. Not to mention if you have kids. When Trump was president I could purchase a home with a $60,000 annual income with the average house at $250,000 to $350,000 with rates around 3% with average credit and my monthly payment would be $1000 a month. Even if I put 3% down it would be less than $1500 a month. Not to mention gas being way cheaper along with everything else in America.
I worked hard for my 820 credit score. I have a decent job. I'm walking away from my home because it's no longer affordable. So I guess my credit will be crap for several years because I'm not willing to do shady shit for money.

That’s like making 75k in the 80’s, sadly back then low salaries could live with what they made, 30k back then in today’s economy is about 164k salary wise to live comfortably. Now a days 28-42k is 80% of salaries even if both man and woman as a family make the same amount they can barely maintain a house/car and 1 kid and still with all the extras todays living brings you’re lucky if you go on a weekend trip without having to save for half a year and be mindful of what you do to not come back with over 50% use of your credit card because of how inflated prices are vs salaries.
