Demonstration of Separ Filter's fuel water separator. The SWK-2000 Series removes particulate and separates water from diesel to protect engines and ensure it keeps running.

Although the Separ Filter can remove 99.9% of "free" water in fuel, it is not efficient at removing emulsified water on its own. We recommend combining it with UltraGuard+ to enhance the filter's ability. This fuel additive will drop the water out of suspension, so the Separ Filter can more extensively remove it with 5 stages of filtration.

@AMERICANEAGLE77AB If your truck is equipped with a Separ Fuel Water Separator, you can download the procedure to drain the filter yourself at the Separ Filter website (Literature page).
If your truck is equipped with the factory Ford Water separator filter you may want to check with a dealer that is more qualified on the diesel product as you may have an ECM or water sensor problem.

This is not for gasoline or ethanol. Separ Filter is for diesel and bio-diesel only.
