@@MrDon967 if the equipment is on immortal it can already go up to level 24, the only thing that will change from one tier to another is the amount of status, those of % in tier 4 reach 70%.
Immortal gear is soooo P2W. We need 400 or so stamina to put 4 pieces of immortal on a unit to tier 1. Tier 2-4 is literally gonna cost 2-4x more. This cost across just a few units costs just as much as sp unit when you consider stamina cost.

Isn’t tier 1 enough to get to lvl 24? Tier 4 is a much higher level each tier is 8 level.

Anpu wouldnt need burst. I would say Luke would be the best option for those.
