Rebuilding an old Stove

This was an interesting project to work on for sure. The customer had an old stove that used to be his grandmothers. The original frame was completely rusted out. So he asked us to build it a new frame and set it up to be used as a propane stove. It was defiantly fun to build.

For this fabrication project I used mig welding for joining everything and an oxy/acetylene for bending a few pieces. The main frame was made mostly from 1.5" x 1/8" angle iron. The original stove was a Dortch Stove Works Royal Antique Stove. We modified the original look a bit to better fit the propane set up.
