This is 100% what English sounds like to non-English speakers. When we can't speak English, especially when we're kids, we sing songs in English without knowing the words, and it sounds like this. It's called "singing in yogurt".

It is easy to trick a foreign ear. But he is tricking native ears. I've seen gibberish before (on QI) and it is not as good as this. He doesn't do combinations that sound odd. He doesn't produces sounds that aren't in the English language. And again, he kept freakin' going. He has a good ear.
Fun fact, as a French person i can assure you that we ALL do this when we are drunk, it's like a national sport, when we are fucked up we speak and sing gibberish English.
I hope that one day I can go to France and see this sport. As and American and a native English speaker, I love this idea and am actually really jealous that there isn't a way I could participate. That's amazing and sounds like a lot of fun.
