Drypoint Printmaking: Inking and Printing Multiple Plates in Registration

Hi Michelle, I hope you see this. I was wondering, if I am doing a two colour relief print in a small press, what is the process for wetting, drying, and inking two colours? More specifically, do I print the two plates/linos/woodcuts straight after one another with no drying? or do I wait for the ink and soaked paper from the first print to dry? If I am using oil based printers ink, can I or do I re-soak the paper?
