MSUD is when the body can't process certain amino acids, it causes a build up in urine and sweat causing the maple syrup smell. It is very not good and should be treated as soon as possible. It seems to happen mostly with babies or children. (at least thats what I gathered from looking into it a lil bit)

Omg I’m glad I’m not the only one TT My hand sweat sometimes smells sweet too and I’m not diabetic. It’s quite random, not only while I’m gaming or doing a certain thing. And at times the smell would almost get addicting? Ps. I’m Asian tho so I don’t think it’s a Canadian or western thing lol.
