No that's controlled Lavington,from Hadheru ,Msanduku Lane,valley arcade ,some parts of Muthangari is Apartments
These days many apartments are coming up in lavington, it's not like it used to be.
@@co-creator4338 That's because some areas not in Lavington proper like to claim Lavington to boost property prices. I've seen properties for sale or rent that are clearly in Kileleshwa advertise themselves as Lavington for that purpose. As Boris says, there's a controlled part which, for me, is the real Lavington, but I think borders are vague.
@@freedomm I've bought viewed a number of similar apartments on James gichuru Rd , apple cross Rd in lavington and near the lavington mall. All Three apartments are in a controlled area of lavington. I actually live in one and people are worried about buying stand alone property there because of the value in years to come.
They are destroying Lavington, Kileleshwa and Kilimani with these hideous apartment BLOCKS that Block Light and make these once adorable neighborhoods look like Pipeline OR Dandora.In 5 years time, these places will be like slums. The City Council is fool of imbeciles who sell permits to the highest bidder.No controls whatsoever
