Snape is by far my favorite. I know this is an unpopular opinion but i love him, the mystery surrounding him. All through the series you see no emotion whatsoever in this man and then comes this one scene where he’s holding Lily’s dead body, crying his heart out., and when Albus asks him “Lily, after all this time?” and he says “𝒂𝒍𝒘𝒂𝒚𝒔.” That scene literally broke my heart. I was sobbing, something i rarely do over a movie. Another scene that broke me was Snape’s death scene...”You have your mother’s eyes”💔 and not to mention the sass😂 him rolling up his sleeves to slap Harry and Ron😂
I think J.K.Rowling has to slap her face at the mmnt when Snape dies..He is a teacher of potions, very good and clever one, I am pretty sure he would know what upcomes so he would get some potions to help him after Nagini's attack. The character of Severus Snape was my first crush. I liked him since i first saw him in a movie. There was always that mystery aura around him and his cope was just adding spice to it. When i found out about his past i couldn't hold back my tears and when he died i fell into depression. In my opinion the way that Lilly treated him was not just only not unfair but also discriminating. He gave up his life and soul for her and all he got in return was just broken heart. She couldn't accept his friends or passions while she herself was in a friendly relationship with Snape's bullies. He did nothing wrong and still he was hated by everyone till his death. While watching againg whole series of Harry Potter i noticed many things that were just a proof that Severus from the bottom of his heart really cared for Harry as he cared for Lilly. I think his death was necessary so that readers could fully grasp his importance in Harry’s life. We wouldn’t have felt so deeply for his character if he hadn’t lost his life after all these years of believing he was the bad guy. It was tragic but beautiful and I think absolutely it needed to happen in order to really connect with his character emotionally.
