24 Hours Inside Adult & Juvenile Prisons: A Raw Look From the Inside

- We're often asked what it's like filming inside juvenile and adult prisons. What can sometimes surprise people is how mundane daily life inside can be. In this video compilation, we decided to show life inside these prisons unfiltered. What you see is what our cameras saw as we made our way around the cell units, prison cafeterias, prison yards and following kids on their daily lives behind bars.

I did 10 years here at WBVCF, 4 years in the SHU! I remember when they started bringing youths their, on the level 3 side, I believe they are on level 4 side now

@@CalamariProductions honestly barley, it was Early into my bit, I was young and dumb, but can tell you I learned quickly! You definitely have to be head strong! Believe it or not, their was guys in the SHU allot longer then I was, and some of them liked it, which I understand, once you have been down for so long, you get custom to it...
4 years in the SHU is crazy. 😮
@@erics362 it definitely breaks you down at times! Honestly, I was a short timer down there, their was guys down there a lot longer then I was!

At the same time a bunch of these kids ruined their own life by committing these crimes. Sad but true....

So ruining your own best years,everyone makes there own decisions in life once you start to take accountability for your actions instead of blaming others you grow,your nt there yet
I spent almost 3 years in prison in the early 90s for 2 os of weed which is legal now,but u don't see me crying 😢 about it,it was unfair and I was tortured at the age of 19,it has cost me 20 years of addiction in and out of ever jail in my area, but today I'm 3 years and counting clean and sober I had to live through hell to be where I'm at now

When fathers don't raise and discipline their kids then the government is forced to do it later on in life. Very sad.
This is like 12 0r 13 years old...
They all up in there sagging & throwing up gang signs... yeah they're being rehabilitated alright...these young adults are on vacation....these prisons need to model themselves after Angola in Louisiana... now that's what prison life suppose to be like.
