If you add the refried beans to your taco seasoned hamburger meat it's easier to deal with and makes the taco meat go further. Especially if you are just making tacos. That's my secret for feeding 4 growing boys. They never knew until they cooked tacos and wondered why it wasn't the same. 😊
9:12 I found diced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce in a jar. I use just what I need and keep in the refrigerator. Our favorite taco condiment is this mixed with a little sour cream. It’s so good!

I do Chipotle in Adobo same way as tomato paste, I pulse entire can, use tablespoon or however much then freeze rest in baggie pull out whatever you need for whatever recipe. Also noticed in lot of your videos you cut veggies and tomatoes skin side up..just a tip it's much easier and keeps your knives sharp to cut everything skin side down..it dulls your knives cutting skin who knew right Rachel ray tought me that years ago including adobo tip.😊
I love your videos . Do you always use flour tortillas for your tacos? I've always used corn except when my mother was alive I'd make hers with flour it was easier for her to chew.

I agree about adobo. Also those chilis can be Really spices but it varies per can and per brand. I made one recipe, and gifted the rest to my bf.lol❤

No, we love corn tortillas with certain recipes!
Better the Bouillon has an adobo base - so much easier to use than the cans of chili’s in adobo sauce! Then you just keep the jar in your fridge 🙂

I've never had an issue with tapioca flour. With cornstarch maybe!
I was like no cheese on the taco😳. It did look good anyway, Hey they could drizzle cheese sauce on top if you forgot the cheese
