It's fun to hear about your creative process, and how activities like resting and reading help give you space from your work. Also, I love that you are planning a reading month for December! It's such a cozy time of the year.
This is one of those times where I'm glad I clicked on a random channel. Love the warm, chatty, vibes you've got going on here. I'm so jealous of people who can put this much thought into planning what they're going to do with their time. I don't know what I'm doing from one day to the next never mind the 6 months in advance :'). I think a monthly project is a good way of doing things. I wish I could work a bit faster to get my stuff out but it's just very difficult to write, revise, record and edit a chapter in under a month. Because I'm a blind author I really want all of my writing to be available to other blind people which is why I've been narrating any poetry / stories that I write. I have a series called The Bleeding Ground which was originally only supposed to be a short story and now I'm 4 chapters in because I'm just awful haha. I can't even imagine being at the point where I would be thinking of finishing. It feels like an overwhelming (but fun) task. I haven't had a chance to join in with Nano yet because I've only really been writing since September last year and I didn't realise how much I was going to throw myself into it. I'm not sure whether or not I'll join in this year because I am very much a pantser but I'm looking forward to getting involved in some small way at least. Project TTR? Uh, yeah, you've got me sold on that one. That is a concept that has so much potential and I can't wait to hear you talk more about it. Glad to have found your channel. I'm sorry about the long, rambling, comment but I like to introduce myself when I sub. I'd like to promise my comments will be shorter from now on but ... I get carried away :D.
Oh my gosh! Mason! I am so sorry for my slowness, but your comment means the world to me! You are so kind to spend the time with my video and share your thoughts with me. Thank you!! I hope you do join in NaNo this year, if it's something that's interesting to you! You can always make it your own, and make a goal that works for you :) Also I'm totally blushing that you liked the TTR pitch! I haven't talked about it too much because I worry it's too cheesey, lol, so I'm glad it resonates with someone else at least a little!
wow this video was just so aesthetically pleasing and your voice was so soothing! I wish you the best on your writing for the rest of this year and that it goes according to plan. I don't really have any deadlines for myself or specific plans, but sometime in June after the craziness of moving dies down I want to assess where I'm at and figure out where I'm going.
Omg you are so sweet and I'm so flattered! 😭🧡 It totally makes sense to get moving out of the way and then re-asses when you're all settled. I hope it all goes well!
I'm still hoping to get my Blood Magic project ready for querying by the end of the year but I'm doing much bigger edits than I expected sooooo I'll be happy with getting close!
My only creative goal is write in all the pages in my journal. :) My fitness goal is to tackle a tough cycling route in my area before we move in December.
