Yes its very fuel effcient it gives me around 14 to 15 km in the city and in long it gives me around 17 km and breaks are very good as well special edition breaks are more efficient then xli

I had this issue once, I fixed it by doing the following, 1:) First thing to adjust is Variable Resistor or Resistance (You will find it next to Air Filter) 2:) Try to change or clean your Petrol Injectors. 3:) Try using Iridium Spark Plugs or Good Quality Spark Plugs. 4:) Make sure your car's wheels are free enough. I traveled almost 170 Kilometers in 3000 Petrol, just 2 days ago. Even my car engine is overhauled for the first time about 8 months ago. One very advanced thing is to look or check your engine cylinder compression, if there is pressure leak then the fuel will always be wasted and you can either change the engine or rebuild it.

Ws..mechanically its a good car. All D shape corolla (9th Generation Corolla) are same but have different engines and gear ratios. SE Saloon and Altis are much better in performance than Xli or Gli. As compared to Suzuki or Honda these corolla's are way much better. Make sure you drive carefully as the car has all wheel disc brakes other than this it has no issue. Mileage, comfort and acceleration are pretty decent.
