Also what are some good groups to Stan, the only ones I like/know are WayV, Unine and Uniq
Weibo is where u can find news. Shows, well a lot of them get invited onto Happy Camp or Day Day Up there's also a lot of other shows like Fantasy Restaurant and Brave World that have cpop stars in them. Then you have shows like Idol Producer and Youth With You which are really good to find bands and artists. Some groups I would recommend are Nine Percent (disbanded tho), Awaken-F, ONER, Mr-X, TFboys, R1SE, NEX7, UNINE, XNINE, Tangram.
depends i guess on the genre, if its pop u like, youre on the right track, in addition to what lovely xuxi and extra jian commented, id add rocket girls, and GEM.....there are many popular chinese ballad and rap artists i can recommend if you like (all i came across thanks to cpop tho ^^)
anyone have some good recommendations for shows to watch (other than survivor ones) to get to know more cpop groups n chinese celebrities (like either their group variety shows or even like... variety shows some of them are hosts of??) ive watched shows like beautiful youth (w some 9% members), brave world (with justin/zeren/chengxiao), extreme youth (chengxiao/yibo), we grew up (w fu jing), go fridge and let go of my baby s2 (w jackson), and great escape (justin). or any entertaining chinese variety shows tbh LOL i'm currently watching back to field and i love it but....im running out of things to watch. btw all of the shows i mentioned are good (my favs are def brave world, we grew up, go fridge, great escape, and back to field!)
