    I would think that zeroing to machine would be much more advantageous given that this never moves. Everything else is known ie material thickness spoil board thickness and tool length. So using and offset with those known thickness would be easier. I’m new to cnc so maybe I’m not understanding why the other method is used more. Great video.

    Helpful instructions. Why didn't you take more than one measurement? Only one measurement could be misleading on the accurcey of this method.

    Where you speed up and blow through the settings is exactly where you should slow down. People are coming to your video to clear up confusion and speeding up doesn't help.

    Lost me after 20 seconds, seriously. Took too long to explain that you're doing a short explanation, when it was obvious that you were going to take forever to get to the point.
