    Will u provide add-in for motion amplification?

      Hello, thanks for your question. The VIC-3D system can amplify the motion of displacement data in three dimensions. Vibration data may also be amplified as shown in the video "Vibration Analysis with VIC-3D and Phantom High-Speed Cameras" (th-cam.com/video/vbr4XP5HE4k/w-d-xo.html). Due to the high spatial resolution of DIC, nanometer amplitudes can also be visualized easily. If you have any other questions, please contact our Support Team - support(at)correlatedsolutions.com - and we'll be happy to assist.

    Been using the software for a few years, the tutorial is very nice and complete!
    I was wondering, is the overexposure during calibration recommended for black spot on white background as well?

      Thanks for watching and for your kind words about the tutorial. The recommendation for overexposure during calibration is specific to the new laser-marked, anodized aluminum panels. We do not recommend overexposing the older-style panels (black dots on a white background).

    I am using VIC-snap 9 and the calibration toolbar is inactive. I can take calibration images but they do not appear in the calibration toolbar. What could be the reason? I can calibrate in Vic-3D though

      Good morning, and thanks for your question. You will likely need to enable this in "Advanced Options." Simply go to File>Advanced Options>Edit Advanced Options>VIC-3D Integration and select "Enable VIC-3D integration." Please note that the settings in "Advanced Options" are selected to optimize your customized system before it ships to your facility. We typically do not advise changing these settings without consulting our support engineers. If you have any further questions, there are some excellent resources available at correlatedsolutions.com/support. In general, the best way to quickly find answers is to access our free, online Support Portal. Here you can use the search bar to access our extensive knowledgebase, application notes, downloads, and much more. If you still have questions, technical support for all of our measurement solutions is available via phone or email. The entire team at Correlated Solutions is committed to providing the most effective and prompt technical support possible. Our engineers draw on vast application experience and comprehensive technical backgrounds to provide efficient solutions to the most challenging problems.

      @@CorrelatedSolutions VIC-3D integration is already Enabled but the module is inactive. Also the DAQ and Fulcrum are also inactive. I am using a Vic 3D 2010 though. could that be due to a mismatch between Vic-3d and vic snap?

    @ 3:25 When reducing the exposure at this point, what level do we go to?

    • @CorrelatedSolutions
      @CorrelatedSolutions  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi, thanks for your question. The goal at this point is to reduce the exposure so that it is low enough to focus the cameras. If you need further assistance, please contact our support team. www.correlatedsolutions.com/support
