Does stahl spill and leak? which one better, stahl or prestige

Spillage is there when i used Stahl Triply Pressure cooker.If u add a little bit excess water, then it spills very badly.
When it comes to Prestige Pressure Cooker, i experienced less spillage.
In Triply Pressure Cookers range i personally prefer Prestige Brand.
