Bought a satin cover and i can easily tell the one they used in this video is NOT the one they sent me. It is a more softer, silkier, and smoother cover they have in this video compared to what was sent.

You didn't mention what color you ordered, but our satin chair covers tend to be a little stiffer with darker colors since they require more dye. This may be what you encountered.
