These car seat videos are so critical when vehicle shopping. My 2023 F150 hauls the family, gear, and travel trailer in comfort and safety. Couldn’t be happier.
You have no idea how perfect the timing is for this video to come out! I'm in the process of upgrading from a Forester SUV to a Ford F-150 XLT Supercrew. It was all triggered by our recent trips with our 1-yr old daughter a bit frustrating with all the baby gear + luggages. It's great to see that a convertible fits and secure nicely as she's getting into that convertible seat phase as well. Greetings from Saskatchetoon eh 🌾
Hi Steven, I just want you to know that your channel and Driving Sports TV with Ryan are absolutely the best truck testing channels on TH-cam !!! No sales pitching with videos that are actually infomercials. What does testing a truck have to do with roof top tents that cost $20K, weigh safe hitches, AEV custom accessories Etc Etc. It’s ok to mention them if it’s relative to the truck your are testing but they don’t, so I un-subbed to several of them, thanks to you, your Dad and Liam for absolutely the best informational truck testing channel on the internet along with Driving Sports TV, keep up the great work and stay focused.
Aren't most of these used exclusively for groceries and family hauling anyway? Jokes aside, appreciate you showing proper car seat installation. Cant say I've seen that before on many/any car reviews.
This was a great and very informative video. You are well versed on car seat installation. You must be a follower of Safe In The Seat. 😊 I am curious if it is safe for two car seats to share the tethers? We have 2 facing forward on the outside and one facing backwards in the middle. This means the outside seats would need to share the tether in the middle. Thanks again for the great video.
I wonder how well it'll fit in an extended cab. I've only bought single and extended cabs, never had kids, but makes me curious now how well it would fit in one.
I’d totally have a beer or 5 with this guy. Great video.

Just add the topper and it’ll be perfect. It’s been the nicest upgrade I’ve done to the truck to make it easier for road trips.

Got my kid in a 2006 Volvo S60 then I moved up to the Ford Flex, never had space issues after!! 🤪
It’d be cool to see a pre lift and after lift comparison to see diff in towing, breaking, mpg

Never had kids but I appreciate the car-seat lesson.
Cool!
Mid-size truck back seat space is horrible, not great for families that's for sure.
I don't use my truck for kids hauling can it yes bench seat but 2 doors because I don't need 4 doors on my truck I haul shit
Thanks for this !
this has to be a scam no one can afford a new truck plus a baby
Sell baby buy truck
Not everyone is struggling
I’m sure a lot of people do. They sell their small car and buy a family car. Bye bye single life.
Sounds like you have soft hands brother
Truck king video for the best car seat install for the win. Thank you - sitting in the rental now
Pretty sure you don’t remove the headrests. In fact you are supposed to run them in front of it.
Never seen the headrest removal portion. Is that in the manual somewhere?
People have to sell their kids to afford a new truck.
Thank you for the video! I have three boys under 6 as well.
“Will it baby?”
I dunno. Let’s see, baby! 😂

Hard to beat a Truck for do it all utility.
