The real difference is that Steams is more engaging than Bulletz. Steams flow, pacing and conviction are just better, his rounds are fluid. Bulletz sounds a little stiff in comparison, it's like he doesn't have his bars memorized comfortably. The stiff delivery also makes it easier to predict what he's going to say.
