Good tip to char is to spray aerosol can with lighter and gives it a good charred finish😊

Mate, I noticed you didn't add any salt in that Taziki Sauce. Is that because the salt will draw out water from the Cucumber and make it watery?

No I think it would possibly be the opposite, but i always think that if you want to add salt then do it afterwards, you can always add it but you can’t take it out, if you know what I mean 👍
