The problem for Russia and North Korea is that this war has gone on for so long, Ukraine now has a crap load of battle-hardened, experienced troops. All Russia and NKorea have are poorly trained conscripts. For the NKoreans, this is also the first time they've seen a real war since the early 50s. These north korean are here to learn modern warfare and most of them are military engineers to build military infrastructures in occupied areas. At the moment, they are under russian military training to learn Russian way of military warfare. Don't underestimate them as western media portayed poor, undernourished, untrained professional.

The problem for Russia and North Korea is that this war has gone on for so long, Ukraine now has a crap load of battle-hardened, experienced troops. All Russia and NKorea have are poorly trained conscripts.
For the NKoreans, this is also the first time they've seen a real war since the early 50s. The troops they've deployed to Ukraine have only ever heard about war from their grandfathers.
